In Omnia Bpo Services

Our office is tucked away in HSR Layout at 655 Block 45 in the CPWD quarters. It is not one of those tall glass buildings you see in the tech parks. It is much more quiet and feels like a residential spot. We spend our days here working on BPO services for our clients. There are about twenty of us sitting at desks with headsets on. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but we are used to it by now. The neighborhood is mostly families and government workers, so it feels safe and calm. We have been here for a few years and have seen the trees grow taller along the road. There is a small tea shop just around the corner where we all go during the afternoon break. The snacks there are pretty good and it gives us a chance to get some fresh air. We handle a lot of data entry and customer calls. It is mostly routine work, but it keeps us busy. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and some notes. It is a simple setup with basic desks and chairs. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home to our families in the evening. Bangalore traffic is always a mess, so we try to leave before it gets too bad.
