Impact Management Services is tucked away at Sri Murgesh Site No:3 on 2nd Cross in the Chikkanna Layout. We’re right near the Maheshwari Temple in Mahadevapura, Bangalore. It’s a decent location, though the streets around here can be a bit narrow and confusing if you aren't from the neighborhood. We’ve been operating out of this office for a few years. It’s not a big corporate tower; it’s more of a local workspace where we handle management tasks and help businesses with their staffing or whatever else they need. We have a few desks and some very old filing cabinets that have seen better days. The team is just a handful of us who know the industry well. We spend most of our time on the phone or meeting with people who are looking for work. It’s a busy life, but we like the pace. Being near the temple means we hear the bells sometimes, which is a nice break from the sound of keyboards clicking. We don't go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do our jobs, and try to help our clients as well as we can. It’s a practical business run by people who live right here in the city. We’re just trying to make a living and help others do the same. We take things as they come and try to be helpful to everyone. We've got a small corner here and we're happy with it.
