Impact Direct

Impact Direct is based at 13 Vivek Nagar, up on the second floor. It’s a fairly simple office setup where we handle our daily business. We’ve been in Vivek Nagar for a while, and it’s a good spot for us. The office isn't very large, and it’s usually filled with the sound of people talking or typing. We don’t have any fancy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s just desks, chairs, and the equipment we need to do our jobs. Most of what we do involves direct communication and handling various projects for our clients. We aren't a big corporation with layers of bosses. It’s a flat structure where everyone just pitches in. Sometimes we have a lot of paperwork to get through, and other days are spent mostly on calls. The second-floor location gives us a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we’re just focused on the work inside. We don’t go in for mission statements or corporate slogans. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and go home. People who work with us usually like that we are straightforward and don't use a lot of business talk. It’s an honest way to run things. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we still feel like a small local team. We know the area well and like being here. The stairs can be a bit steep sometimes.
