Our daily routine happens at 3136 Indira Nagar Kharalwadi. The name Impact D2D Service Pvt Ltd sounds a bit formal, but in reality, we are just a bunch of folks trying to keep things organized. The office is usually quite a mess with papers, boxes, and people coming in and out. Kharalwadi is a busy area and the street outside our building is always packed with scooters and delivery vans. It can be quite a struggle just to find a parking spot in the morning. Inside, we have got a few old desks and some fans that click while they spin. It is not the quietest place to work, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of the day on the phone or tracking things on our screens. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to scramble to fix them, which is just part of the job. We have been meaning to fix the flickering light in the hallway for months, but we always seem to be too busy with other stuff. We are not a giant company with thousands of employees. We are just a local team that knows the streets around here like the back of our hands. Most of us grew up not far from here, so it feels like home. We just do our best to get the work done and keep the wheels turning for everyone.
