Our office is in the Akshaya Complex, located at 107 in Bangalore, postcode 560019. It’s a pretty standard commercial building in a part of town that stays quite active throughout the day. I-Link Software has been based here for a good amount of time. We aren’t a massive tech giant with thousands of employees; we are just a group of people who know how to handle software projects. The office itself is basic with rows of desks and some old whiteboards that have seen a lot of use. We don't really bother with expensive decor or marketing materials hanging on the walls. Most of the time, the focus is just on the project deadlines and making sure the clients are okay with what we are delivering. There is always a hum of computers in the background and someone usually has a radio playing softly in the corner. We get our lunch from the local shops nearby, and the traffic around the complex can be a real pain during the evenings. It’s a straightforward environment where we don't try to pretend to be anything we aren't. We just come in, write our code, fix the bugs, and go home to our families. The people here are friendly enough, and we help each other out when someone gets stuck on a difficult problem. It's a regular job in a regular part of Bangalore, and we like the simplicity of it.
