Ikya Search Partners

Ikya Search Partners is located at 701, Sjr Park Vista on Harlur Road. That’s in the 560034 part of Bangalore. We’re up on the 7th floor. It’s a recruitment place, mostly. We spend our days looking through profiles and trying to find people who need a change in their career. It’s a lot of searching, hence the name. Harlur Road is always busy, so looking out the window is usually more interesting than looking at a screen all day. We have a small team here. We don’t have those "vision" posters on the walls. It’s just desks, chairs, and phones. We talk to a lot of people every day. Some are happy, some are stressed about finding a job. We just try to be a bridge between them and the companies. It’s not a perfect science. Sometimes a lead works out, sometimes it doesn’t. We stay until the work is done and then head home through the Bangalore traffic. It’s a regular life. We like the office at Park Vista because it’s a nice enough building, but we’re there to work, not to hang out in a lounge. That’s the long and short of it for us. We just keep our heads down and try to make the right connections without making a big scene out of it. It works for us.
