Our office is right on the first floor of the Abhay Porwal building, number 45. If you know Tippasandra, you probably know where New Rama Temple Road is. It is a busy street, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We have been operating from this spot in Bangalore for a bit now. Most days are just a steady stream of people coming in to talk about jobs or paperwork. It can get a bit crowded in the waiting area if a lot of folks show up at the same time. The first floor is nice because we do not have to wait for the lift every time we need to run out for a quick break. You can hear the temple bells sometimes and the noise of the street vendors below. It is a very local vibe here. We have a few desks set up and some filing cabinets that are probably fuller than they should be. The team just grabs a chair wherever there is space. We do not really have a big reception area, so you usually just walk in and someone will look up from their computer to help you out. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do with human capital and staffing. We try to keep things organized, but on busy Mondays, it feels a bit like a whirlwind. It is just how it goes when you are dealing with people all day long.
