Ikya Human Capital Solutions

We’ve been running things here at Ikya Human Capital Solutions for quite a while now. Our office is tucked away in AECS Layout, specifically on 2nd Main in the 3rd Stage area of Bangalore. It’s a pretty busy spot, and most days you’ll find us sorted through piles of resumes or talking to people on the phone about where they want to work next. Hiring and staffing is just what we do day in and day out. It’s not always glamorous or exciting. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and the coffee machine in the corner acts up, but we get through the day. We handle a lot of the human resources side of things for different companies nearby and further out. It’s mostly about finding the right person for a desk without making the whole process too complicated for anyone. Bangalore is such a big city for jobs, so there’s always someone looking for work and someone else looking to hire. Being over here in the 560094 zip code means we see a lot of local folks coming in for meetings. We don't really do the fancy corporate speeches or use a lot of big words. We just sit down at our desks, look at what is needed, and try to match it up with someone who actually wants the job. It is practical, honest work. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and the neighborhood knows us. If you’re walking around 2nd Cross, you’ve probably seen our door.
