Igate ( Rpoworldwide)

We are based at No: 56 on the 6th Cross in Bank Avenue Extension. This part of Babusapalya has really filled out over the last few years. Igate (Rpoworldwide) isn't a massive complex; we’re in a regular building among other houses and small businesses. The 6th Cross is a bit narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes for visitors. Inside, the office is pretty simple. We’ve got our rows of desks and some whiteboards that are usually covered in notes and scribbles. It’s a functional space where we spend most of our day. The team is a mix of people from all over, and the atmosphere is pretty casual. We don’t have any big corporate policies about what you wear or how you decorate your desk. As long as the work for the worldwide projects gets done, we’re good. Babusapalya is a convenient spot for many of us, even with the Bangalore traffic issues. We usually head out for a quick tea at the stall down the road when we need a break. It’s a very ordinary office life. We deal with recruitment and staffing stuff mostly. It involves a lot of phone calls and looking at resumes all day. We try to keep things honest and straightforward with everyone we talk to. There’s no need for fancy talk when you’re just trying to help people find work and get the numbers right.
