Our shop is located at 85 Sadar Patrappa Road. We have been dealing in tools for quite some time now. If you know this area, you know it’s where everyone comes for hardware and industrial supplies. It’s a narrow street and it’s always full of people and carts. We have shelves stacked high with all kinds of hand tools and power equipment. It’s a bit of a squeeze inside because we try to keep so much stock on hand. We talk to plumbers, electricians, and guys just working on their own houses. They come to us because they know we have the basic stuff they need. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a warehouse feel where everything is functional. We know where every item is even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. Working at 85 Sadar Patrappa Road means we are right in the heart of the tool market. It’s noisy and dusty but that’s just part of the business. We start early in the morning when the first workers arrive. We don't spend money on big ads. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for years. If you need a specific wrench or a hammer, you can just walk in and ask. We try to be helpful and get you what you need so you can get back to your work. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way.
