We’ve been based in this room for a bit now, and it’s become a very familiar space for the whole team. At Icici Purdential Life Insurance Co., we spend most of our hours dealing with paperwork and answering the phone. It is a lot of reading through documents and making sure all the files are in the right folders. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular workplace with desks, chairs, and the usual office supplies scattered around. We have our little routines, like who gets the first cup of coffee and who stays late to finish the logs. It feels quite grounded here.
