Icici Onesource

Icici Onesource is over in the 6th Block of Koramangala. Our address is 254/A, on 18th C Main. If you know Bangalore, you know Koramangala is a pretty lively place with a lot going on. We are right in the middle of it. Our office is a busy hub where we handle a lot of different service tasks. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of phones ringing and people talking. We have a lot of desks packed into the space. It feels a bit like a beehive sometimes. We aren't here to show off a fancy building. The interior is pretty standard, with white walls and fluorescent lights. We focus on getting the work done rather than how the office looks. Most of our staff are locals who live nearby and take the bus or ride their bikes to work. We’ve been here for quite a while now. We deal with a lot of customer inquiries and back-end work. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens, but we take breaks when we can. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do our jobs, and go home. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, which is a big deal for us because we all need it to stay awake. But we manage. It’s a practical environment for people who just want to work hard and get through their daily tasks. That’s just life here.
