This is the office for ICICI Home Finance Company Ltd. It’s a professional space, but it’s also very busy with people coming in to talk about their housing loans and paperwork. The lobby usually has a few people waiting and the sound of printers is constant. We have desks set up for the staff who handle all the documents. It’s a lot of paper and digital files. The building itself is quite prominent, so it isn't hard to locate. We don't have a lot of lounge areas; it’s mostly just functional space for meetings and desk work. The traffic around Commissariat Road can be quite heavy, especially with the shoppers and office workers nearby. We are just here to process the applications and keep the records straight.
