This branch is tucked away on the 3rd floor at 5 Koramangala VI Block. It’s a bit of a climb if you aren't using the lift, but we are here every day. It gets pretty busy in the afternoons when everyone realizes they need to get their banking done before we close up. The office isn't like the giant glass buildings you see in the movies. It’s just a standard floor with counters, some chairs for people waiting, and desks for the staff. We spend a lot of time on the computers and talking to people who come in with questions about their accounts. Sometimes the systems are slow, or the line gets a bit long, but we just keep working through it. Most of us have been working at this Koramangala location for some time now, so we know the regular faces. It’s a lot of routine work, like checking IDs and processing forms. We don't have fancy coffee machines or anything like that, just a water cooler in the corner. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait longer than necessary. It’s a decent place to work and the neighborhood is lively. When the day ends, we just tidy up the desks, lock the drawers, and head out. It's a regular job for us, and we try to do it as clearly as we can without making things more complicated than they need to be. There's usually a bit of a draft from the windows, but it's okay.
