Ibm India

We are located over at F-6 in the Harisadan Apartments. It’s in Mallesh Palya, Vignanagar, right here in Bangalore. This branch of Ibm India is a bit different from the huge campuses you might see elsewhere. It’s tucked into an apartment complex, so it feels much more like a neighborhood office. We have a small crew here, and we mostly focus on our specific tech tasks. It’s not the kind of place with a big reception desk or a fountain in the lobby. We just have our desks, our computers, and plenty of power strips. Sometimes the internet slows down, or the power goes out, and we all just take a break until it’s back. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing here because it doesn't fit the vibe of the office. We just talk like regular people and get our work finished on time. The area around Mallesh Palya is nice, and we often go out for lunch at the local spots. It’s a low-key environment, which helps us stay focused on the actual work instead of all the noise. We’ve been here for a bit now, and it feels like home. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. Just a group of people doing tech work in a quiet part of town.
