We are at No. 1488, on the 21st Cross and 11th Main in Sahakar Nagar. It’s a nice enough area, though finding a parking spot can be a real headache if you arrive after ten in the morning. The building is a regular house that we converted for our food business. It feels a bit like working from home, but with more boxes and equipment everywhere. We use the ground floor mostly for storage and prep work. The stairs are a bit narrow, so moving heavy stuff up and down takes a bit of coordination and sometimes some shouting. We have a small team here. Most of us have been together for years, so we know how to stay out of each other's way in the tight spaces. Sahakar Nagar has changed a lot since we started, with more shops and cafes opening up nearby. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls down the street. Our workspace isn't polished; there are piles of packing material in the corners and the whiteboard is covered in scribbles that only we can understand. It’s just a local food operation where we do everything ourselves from scratch. We don't have a big corporate office or a receptionist. If the phone rings, whoever is closest to it picks up. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but we manage to get everything shipped out eventually.
