This office in Mathikere is where we handle a lot of calls and data work. We are tucked into a building on 2nd Main, not too far from the Pipeline Road. It’s a busy spot, especially when the night shift starts and the new group of people comes in. The desks are lined up in rows, each with its own computer and headset. It gets pretty noisy when everyone is talking at once, but you get used to the hum after a while. We’ve got a small break area where people sit to eat their tiffins and talk about anything other than work. The water cooler is the most popular spot in the room. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People just walk in, sit down, and start their shift. Sometimes the traffic on the way here is a nightmare, so we’re used to people rushing in at the last minute. Our building is a bit older, but it serves the purpose. We manage a lot of different projects, so the tasks change from week to week. It keeps us on our toes. The neighborhood has some good food spots nearby, which is lucky for us when we forget our lunch. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes through the lines every day. It's just a regular office day for the team.
