I C S Consultancy Services. Our office is located at 24 Ridge Road 1/A, which is just off Mahathma Gandhi Road. It’s a pretty central place to be for us. We mostly spend our time helping people with different types of paperwork and consulting on things they need sorted out. The office is tucked away in a spot that’s usually a bit quieter than the main road, though you still hear the buses going by all day. There’s a small lobby where people wait, and we usually have some old magazines sitting out on a table. We don’t really do fancy meetings or anything like that here. Usually, it’s just someone sitting across the desk from us explaining what they need help with. We’ve been at this spot for a good bit of time now. The building itself is an older one, so it has some character, even if the stairs are a little steep for some. Most days are just spent on the computer or on the phone talking to people. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the files get a bit messy when we’re really busy. It's a regular workplace with regular people doing regular work. We don't have any big mission statements or anything posted on the walls. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get through the day’s list of things to do. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, but it keeps the room cool enough when it gets humid outside.
