Our office is in Jayanagar 41. It is a much quieter part of the city if you compare it to the big markets, which we all appreciate. I C M E Pvt Ltd has been working out of this particular building for a good while. We spend most of our hours sitting at our desks, going through a lot of paperwork and checking technical drawings on our screens. The office gets some nice sunlight through the windows in the morning, but otherwise, we just have the regular overhead lights on. It is a very basic workspace with some computers, a few filing cabinets that are starting to overflow, and a corner where we sit to eat our lunch. We are not some big corporate office with fancy furniture or a lounge. It is mostly just the team doing our daily chores and trying to stay on top of the work we have to finish. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, which gives us a chance to talk or walk around for a minute. We often go out to the local shops for a quick tea or some snacks in the afternoon. Jayanagar is a nice area because you can find almost anything you need close by. We have gotten used to the daily sounds of the neighborhood. The work can be a bit the same every day, looking at data and reports, but it is what we do. We try to keep things tidy, even if files pile up by the end of the week.
