Hussaine Metal Works

Hussaine Metal Works is tucked away on Hosur Road Balewadi 4Th Cross. If you look behind Fathima School in the Madiwala New Extn area, that’s where you’ll find us. It’s a noisy place because we’re always cutting or welding something. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now. The workshop isn’t huge but we make it work for the projects we get. Mostly we do local jobs for people in the neighborhood or small businesses nearby. There is always a lot of scrap metal and tools lying around, so you have to watch your step. My hands are usually covered in grease or dust by the end of the day. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but we like fixing things and making them strong. We don't really have a front office or anything corporate. You just walk in and talk to whoever is holding a torch or a hammer. Most of our customers find us because they live around Madiwala or they saw our sign from the main road. We don't spend money on fancy marketing stuff. We just focus on the metal and getting the measurements right. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought, but that’s just how it goes with manual work. We’re just local people trying to earn a living with our hands. It’s a busy life here behind the school.
