Humancapital Consulting

Humancapital Consulting is located over in Giri Nagar, which is quite close to the Mysore Road side of Bangalore. It’s a fairly quiet residential neighborhood, which is nice because it keeps the noise of the main road away. Our office isn't very large, just a few rooms where we handle our consulting work. We spend most of our time looking through resumes and talking to people who are searching for new roles. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks, but we try to keep it relaxed. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a laptop to say hello. The atmosphere is pretty informal. We drink a lot of coffee and there are always piles of paper that need filing. We aren't trying to be a huge corporate firm. We just like doing our work here in Giri Nagar. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just take that as a sign to go grab some snacks from the shop down the street. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business, and we prefer it that way. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and it works well for us. There’s no need for anything too flashy when you’re just trying to help people find the right jobs. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done. It’s been our home for a while now.
