Our office is located at 156/B-10, on 17th Cross in Hulimavu. If you know the Bhagwathi Temple, we are right near there. It’s a good landmark because people always get lost trying to find the specific cross streets in this part of Bangalore. Humancapital Consulting is just a small team of us working out of this space. We do consulting work, which mostly involves a lot of phone calls and paperwork. The area is fairly residential, so it’s quieter than being downtown. We have some trees outside that provide a little shade during the hot months. The 17th Cross is a bit narrow, so parking can be a headache sometimes. We’ve been here at number 76 for a while now. Inside, it’s just a standard setup with desks and some old chairs. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just handle the business as it comes in. Most of our clients find us through word of mouth or because they are in the same industry. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of work to finish, but usually, we head home when the sun goes down. It’s a decent place to work and the locals are friendly enough. We keep a stack of old files in the corner and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use every morning.
