Human Interface Placement Consultant

Our office is over at 282, 8th Main in Vijayanagar. It’s a standard Bangalore neighborhood, plenty of shops and people moving around. We are in a regular building, nothing that stands out too much. Most of what we do involves looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails all day long. The office is filled with filing cabinets and a few desks. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. People usually find us because they need a job or they need to hire someone. We’ve been in Vijayanagar for a good while. The 560040 area is pretty familiar to us now. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We aren't trying to be some huge corporate machine. It’s just a few of us trying to help people get placed where they need to go. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s our setup. We just keep things moving one day at a time. It’s a simple business without any of the extra stuff people usually add on. We know the local vendors around here. It's a tight-knit spot. We don't spend much on decor because we're mostly just focused on the computer screens and talking to candidates.
