We are located in the Coconut Garden area of Old Bank Colony in Konana Kunte, Bangalore. The name of the area always makes people think of a tropical place, but it’s really just a quiet corner of the city where things move a bit slower than the city center. Our office handles management consultancy, which usually means a lot of meetings and even more paperwork regarding human resources. We have a few cabins and a central area where the junior staff sits. It’s a fairly plain setup with standard office furniture and whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles from the last brainstorming session. Because we are in a colony, it feels very residential. You don't get the heavy exhaust of the main roads here. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons talking to clients or candidates. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure all the boxes are ticked. Sometimes the rain in Bangalore makes the commute a mess, so we end up starting a bit late and staying a bit later. We don’t have any polished corporate mottos on the walls. It’s just us trying to help companies manage their people better. We take regular breaks to walk around the garden area and clear our heads. It’s a simple, honest workplace where we don't pretend to be anything other than a hardworking local team.
