Our office, Hr-One Management Consultant Ltd., is located at 1036, 11th Cross on Sultan Paly Main Road. We are in the Manorayana Palya area, which falls under the R T Nagar Post in Bangalore. It’s a very local part of town, filled with small shops and houses. We’ve been here for quite some time now, doing management consulting work. Most of our day involves talking to people about staffing and how to run their offices better. We don't have a big glass front or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just a regular office where we get things done. Being on the 11th Cross means we are away from the heaviest traffic, but it’s still busy enough. We handle a lot of HR tasks that most people find boring or complicated. We don't use a lot of fancy management speak because we think it just confuses things. We prefer to talk like normal people. If you come by Sultan Paly, you’ll find us easily enough. We’ve built our business slowly, just by being here and doing the work every day. It’s a practical setup. We like the R T Nagar area because it feels like a real community. We aren't looking to move to a fancy IT park anytime soon. This works for us. We keep our coffee machine running all day and stay focused on the paperwork that comes across our desks.
