You can find us at 208 on the 1st Cross of R R Temple Road in Devasandra. It’s a part of K R Puram in Bangalore that has its own rhythm. We’re an Hr-It Recruiter firm, but that basically just means we spend all day talking to people about their careers and trying to match them with tech companies that need help. Our office is small and a bit hard to find if you aren't looking for the temple nearby. It’s a busy street, so there’s always the sound of bells and traffic filtering through the windows. We have a few desks squeezed into the room and a lot of notebooks scattered around with names and phone numbers scribbled in them. We aren't high-tech people despite working in the IT sector; we still like our paper files and handwritten to-do lists. The coffee machine breaks down once a week, and we usually end up going to the stall at the corner instead. We don't have a big human resources department ourselves; it’s just us trying to keep up with the emails. Some days are slow, and we just sit around talking about the weekend, but other days the phone won't stop ringing. We just take it as it comes. It’s a straightforward job, and we like the feeling of finally closing a file when someone gets hired. It’s a bit messy and loud, but it’s our space.
