We are located in a pretty unique spot for a consultancy. Instead of a city center, we are out in Sunticoppa, North Coorg. We operate from the Vishwa and Saraswathi Estates, which belongs to Mr. B.V. Ramanath Rai. It’s very green around here, being a coffee growing region. Our day-to-day work involves a lot of resourcing and trying to find the right people for various roles. Sometimes it’s hard to stay focused on the computer screen when the weather outside is so nice. Being in Karnataka's hill country means our pace is a bit more relaxed, but we still get the work done. We handle a lot of placements for local businesses and some further away too. The office is simple. We have our files, some chairs for visitors, and the usual office supplies. It’s a family-connected atmosphere. You won’t find us using big corporate buzzwords. We just talk to folks and see if they have the skills needed for the jobs we have on hand. Sometimes the power goes out when it rains heavy, but that’s just life in Coorg. We’ve been doing this for a while and people around the estates know us. It’s a good way to live and work, really. The estates are quiet, and the smell of coffee is everywhere during harvest time. It's a nice change from the traffic and noise of Mysore or Bangalore. We focus on the local community but help anyone who comes our way. Our desks are old wooden ones that have been here forever. It feels right for the setting.
