We are based in Royal Palm Apartments, specifically Flat-224 B. It’s on 2nd Cross, 3rd Main in L B S Nagar. That’s the HAL area of Bangalore. We’ve been running Hrd Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. from here for a good bit. The apartment is mostly converted into an office space. It’s comfortable, like working from home but with more filing cabinets. We deal with human resources stuff, so we’re always looking at how to help companies manage their staff better. It's a lot of policy talk and paperwork. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays pretty calm during the day. We like the vibe here compared to the crowded city center. Our team is small and we’ve known each other for years. We don’t have a big HR department ourselves; we are the department for others. People sometimes get confused finding the right cross in L B S Nagar, but the Royal Palm building is easy to spot once you’re on the right street. We just try to be helpful and honest with the people who call us. No fancy mission statements here, just a lot of hard work and making sure people get treated right at their jobs. It’s a steady pace and we like it that way. We usually have the balcony door open for some fresh air while we sort through the daily recruitment files.
