Hrd Consultant

Hrd Consultant is based out of a small office at No 138, 2nd Main in Domlur. We are in the 2nd Stage area, right on 2nd Cross. Bangalore is a big place that keeps growing, but Domlur has its own feel to it, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. We handle human resources stuff, which means a lot of paperwork and dealing with people’s problems or their hiring needs. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it’s necessary for businesses to keep running smoothly. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, but it suits us just fine for the work we do. We have our desks, our files, and a kettle for making tea during the afternoon. That’s about all we need to get through the day. We don’t use a lot of fancy software or big corporate words when we talk to our clients. We just talk to people like normal humans and try to solve things. Sometimes the 2nd Main road gets backed up with cars, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home, but we’re used to the rhythm of the city by now. We’ve seen a lot of people and companies come and go over the years here in Karnataka. Our goal is just to stay reliable for the local businesses that count on us to handle their HR tasks. We’re just a small team doing our job without any of the usual fuss you see at the bigger agencies. We’ve been here for years and plan to stay.
