If you are looking for Hr@Bangalore, we are located at 1, Meshtripalya, right near the church by the Arabic College Post. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find if you know the area. The office is basically just a small room where we manage hiring and staff things for different businesses. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees. It is just a couple of us sitting at our desks making calls and sorting through applications. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice for when we have to do interviews. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. People usually just knock and come in. We’ve got a lot of files and folders stacked up because we still like having things on paper sometimes. It feels more real that way. Sometimes the traffic near the college gets bad in the afternoons, so we try to wrap things up before the rush. We just focus on helping people find work and helping companies find staff. It’s pretty basic stuff but it keeps us busy. We don’t have any big corporate goals or anything, we just try to do right by the people who come to us for help. The furniture is a bit old and the chairs squeak a little, but it’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We’ve been here a while and know the local area well. There is a small bakery nearby that we visit often.
