Hr (Technical Recruiter)

We are technical recruiters based in Bangalore. Our daily life revolves around the tech world, but we aren't the ones writing the code. We are the ones finding the people who do. It’s a lot of technical jargon and screening calls. Our office is a simple setup where we can sit and focus on the screens. We spend hours looking for specific skill sets like React or cloud infrastructure. It gets pretty intense when there are deadlines to meet for a new project. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls or anything like that. It’s just a place to work. Sometimes we get together to talk about a difficult role we are trying to fill, but mostly it's individual work. The Bangalore weather is usually nice enough that we keep the windows open when it's not too noisy outside. We see a lot of resumes every day, and we try to get through them as fairly as we can. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication between us and the hiring managers. We just try to stay organized and keep the process moving. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, so we know the drill. It’s about being persistent and keeping a good list of contacts. We don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is; we just help find the technical staff that companies are looking for in this city.
