We are based out of HSR Layout in Bangalore. If you have spent any time in this city lately, you know HSR is where a lot of the action is. It’s full of startups and small businesses tucked away in every corner. We don’t have one of those big fancy offices with a name in lights. Instead, we work from a more modest spot here in the layout. HSR has these nice wide roads and lots of parks, which makes it a decent place to spend the day. We spend most of our time looking for people and talking to different folks about jobs. It’s busy work, but doing it from HSR makes it feel a bit more connected to the local scene. There are so many places to grab a quick bite or a tea nearby, so we are never far from what we need. The vibe here is energetic. You see a lot of young people running around with laptops. We fit right into that. It’s not about having a polished corporate image for us. We just want to do the work and help people find where they need to go. Bangalore is a big city, but HSR feels like its own little world sometimes. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while now. It’s a good mix of residential houses and small offices. We like the balance of things here. It gets noisy with the traffic at peak hours, but that's just part of the deal for any business in this city.
