Hr Generalist

If you are looking for us, we are tucked away in the Ranka Park Apartments. Specifically, we are at Door 411 in the 4th Block. Being on Lalbagh Road near Richmond Circle means there is never a quiet moment outside, but inside the apartment complex, things are a bit more settled. Our group, Hr Generalist, isn't some massive corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. We just have this one spot where we keep all our files and computers. The office is basically a converted living space, so it has that homey vibe which makes the long hours a little easier to handle. There is a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get a bit of air and look out at the Bangalore traffic. It’s not a polished corporate suite with glass walls. We have regular wooden desks and a kitchen area where the kettle is almost always running. People come by and sometimes get lost in the different blocks of Ranka Park, so we usually have to tell them to look for the 4th Block specifically. It is a practical way to work. We don't have fancy mission statements on the walls, just calendars and some notes pinned up. We focus on our daily tasks and try to stay on top of everything. It’s just us doing our thing in a space that feels real and functional. No frills, just a place to get work done. It suits us just fine.
