Hr Firm

We are an HR firm based out of Bangalore. We don't have a fancy specific neighborhood to brag about in our address, we just operate right here in the city. Bangalore is a big place, and we are just one small part of it. Our day starts early because the traffic here is something else. If you don't get in by eight, you are stuck for an hour in your car. Our office is pretty plain. We have desks, computers, and a lot of coffee to keep us going. We spend our time looking for people who need jobs and companies that need workers. It is a lot of talking on the phone. Sometimes we have to meet people in person, but mostly it is digital these days. The weather in Bangalore is usually the best part of the day, so we keep the windows open when we can. We aren't some massive corporation with thousands of employees. It's just a few of us trying to make things work. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just look at the skills and see where they fit. There is always a pile of resumes to go through. Lunch is usually a quick bite from a nearby Sagar or a lunch box from home. We keep it practical and just do the work that needs doing. It's a busy life but we are used to the pace of the city.
