Our office is over in Hebbal on the Guddadahalli Main Road, right at the 2nd Cross. We are located at number 3, near the R.T. Nagar Post area. It’s a lively part of Bangalore, and there’s always something happening outside the door. We have a small team here where I act as the leader for the HR executive work we do. It’s a pretty basic setup inside. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a lot of files stacked up in the corners. It’s not a polished corporate office with fancy carpet. We just focus on managing the recruitment and team stuff for the companies that hire us. The noise from the main road can be a bit much sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the bikes and the local vendors. We don’t have a fancy reception area with a dedicated person. If you come in, you’ll likely just see us on the phone or typing away at our screens. We take our tea breaks together at the small table in the back. Sometimes the internet acts up when it’s raining heavily, which is just part of living in this city. We aren’t trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to get the hiring done right so people get their jobs and the companies are satisfied. It’s honest, everyday work. We know the neighbors and the local shops around RT Nagar well. It’s a good, practical place to work from.
