Hr Executive It Recruiter

This is the office for the person handling the recruiting work over at Ganesh Pipes India Pvt. Ltd. We don't have a standalone office with a big sign on the street for the HR department specifically. Everything happens right here within the main company grounds. It can get pretty noisy because we are a pipes company after all, so there is always something being moved or loaded onto a truck nearby. My desk is usually covered in folders and bits of paper because that is just how things go when you are looking for people to hire. I spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to folks who walk in looking for work. It is a very hands-on environment and not at all like those quiet corporate offices you see in the movies. The air is a bit dusty sometimes from the yard, but we are used to it. We don't have a "mission" or anything like that to talk about. We just need to make sure we have enough people to keep the operations running and that everyone gets their paperwork sorted out correctly. It is basic work but it keeps us very busy from Monday to Saturday. People know us as a solid place in the industry. We don't put on any acts. If you come by, you will see us just as we are, working hard and probably drinking a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the long afternoon.
