Hr Excutive

We are based at No 35 in the 4th B Block of Koramangala. Specifically, we are on 16th A Main, near the 7th Cross. Koramangala is always full of energy, and there is always something happening right outside our door. Our office isn't very large, but it is enough for the work we do. As an HR setup, we have a lot of paperwork coming through. There are stacks of resumes on the desks and filing cabinets that are almost full. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don’t have a big HR system that does everything automatically; we still do a lot of things by hand and over the phone. The office has a bit of a mismatch of furniture, some old chairs and some newer ones we bought a few months ago. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when we get hungry in the late afternoon. It's a friendly place, and we usually have some music playing quietly in the background. Finding our building can be a little tricky because the numbering in this block is a bit confusing, but once you find the 16th A Main, it’s not too bad. We don't wear suits or anything formal like that unless we have a very important meeting. Most days, it’s just jeans and shirts. We are just local people helping other local people find work or manage their staff. It’s straightforward and honest work without any unnecessary fluff.
