Hr Craft, Systelinfo Solutions

You can find us over at 92, Sbm Colony in the Banashankari area of Bangalore. We’re right near Seetha Circle, which is a busy spot in the 1st Stage layout. This office houses both Hr Craft and Systelinfo Solutions, so there is always something going on. It’s not a quiet library type of place; there’s usually a bit of chatter and the sound of printers running. We chose this area because it’s well-connected, even if the traffic around the circle can be a bit of a nightmare during the evening rush. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of files. We aren’t really into the whole "modern office" aesthetic. It’s just a practical place to work. Most of us live nearby, so we have a good feel for the local neighborhood. We know where the good snacks are and which shortcuts to take when the main road is blocked. We don't have a big corporate handbook or anything like that. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to help each other out when things get busy. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We don’t spend time on promotional speeches or trying to sound more important than we are. We are just a group of people in Banashankari working through our daily tasks and making sure the business keeps running smoothly every single day.
