Hr Co-Ordinator

We’ve been here in Bapuji Nagar for a while now, tucked away in Kavika Layout at number 499/8. It isn't a huge office or anything fancy, just a couple of rooms where we handle all the hiring and paperwork stuff that people need help with. Most days it’s pretty quiet, except when the phones start going off or someone drops by without calling first. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and trying to figure out who might fit where. Bangalore is a big place and finding the right person for a specific job is harder than it looks on paper. Sometimes we just sit here with tea and go through stacks of folders. The layout around here is nice enough, though parking can be a bit of a headache if you come at the wrong time. It’s mostly about keeping things moving and making sure the companies we work with get the help they’re looking for without too much fuss. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just the standard HR work that keeps businesses running. If you walk past the building, you might miss us because we don’t have any big flashy lights out front. It’s just us doing our thing every day from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes the internet acts up but we manage to get the emails out eventually. It's a decent spot to work from and we know the neighborhood pretty well by now.
