Hr Co Coordinator

We are located in Rajajinagar, specifically in the Manjunathanagar area. The office is at Maruthinilaya, which is on the 1st Main and 3rd Cross. It is a busy part of the city. We handle HR coordination work here. Most days start early because traffic in Bangalore is unpredictable and we like to get a head start. The 3rd Phase is a mix of houses and small offices like ours. You can find us near the corner. It is not a flashy place, just a regular office space where we get things done. We have been here for a while now. The street gets a bit crowded during the afternoons when schools let out or people head to lunch. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at paperwork. There are a few small tea shops nearby where we grab a quick break. It is just a local spot. Nothing fancy about the building, but it works for what we do. We manage different HR tasks for people. People come in and out throughout the day. The building itself is easy to spot once you get on the right cross. We try to keep things organized even when it gets hectic. It is a standard setup with desks and computers. Sometimes the internet acts up, but that is just how it goes. We deal with hiring and paperwork mostly. It is a steady pace here. The stairs up to our floor are a bit narrow. On rainy days, the water pools a bit near the entrance, but we have put down some mats. It is just a regular workplace.
