Hr Assist

We've been over here in Malleswaram on 3rd Cross for a while now. Most people know the S.P. Extn area is busy, but we managed to find a spot that works for us at number 38. It isn't a massive office or anything fancy, just a few of us working on hiring stuff. We help out with paperwork and finding people for jobs when businesses around Bangalore need an extra hand. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with all the phone calls, but that's just how the day goes. We handle a lot of the back-office things that people usually find annoying to do themselves. If you're walking around this part of Bangalore, you've probably passed our building without thinking much of it. We don't have a big flashing sign outside. It’s more of a quiet operation here. We just try to get the matching right so people end up in jobs where they can actually stay for more than a week. It’s basically just us and our desks, trying to keep track of resumes and schedules. Malleswaram has changed a lot over the years, but we’re still right here in the same spot. We don't do much fancy advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on the next task on the list. It’s straightforward work, nothing too complicated to explain. We just show up, do the HR tasks, and head home like everyone else.
