Hotriya Resource Management is located over in N R Colony. It’s an older part of Bangalore with a lot of character and some very narrow streets. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a functional space where we handle human resources and management tasks. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s a small group of us who know the business and just get on with the work. Every day we have a list of things to get through, from payroll stuff to helping companies organize their staff. N R Colony is a good place to be because there are plenty of small places to get a quick lunch or a coffee. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or marketing. Most of our clients come to us because they heard we get the job done without any fuss. The office can get a bit cluttered with paperwork, especially toward the end of the month when everything is due. We use regular computers and old-fashioned notebooks to keep track of things. It’s not a high-tech environment, but it works for what we need to do. We’ve been in this area for a while and have a good routine. We come in, do the work, and head home when it’s finished. It’s just a normal, practical business helping other businesses stay organized and moving forward.
