Hot Wok Restaurant is tucked right there on 100Ft Road in Indiranagar. We are at number 297, which is basically next door to Cake Walk. If you know the area, you know how busy this stretch gets. Most days, the traffic outside is constant, and people are always walking by heading to different shops. It’s a lively spot to be in. We’ve been here for a while now, watching the neighborhood change around us. Being in Indiranagar means there is always something going on, even late at night. Sometimes the noise from the road gets a bit much, but it’s just part of the local atmosphere. Our place isn’t anything fancy, just a regular spot where the doors stay open from morning till late. We see a lot of office folks and students from the nearby streets coming in throughout the week. Finding parking can be a real headache on 100Ft Road, but people usually find a way in the side lanes. The building itself is simple and we don't bother with much decoration. We try to keep things organized and clean every morning before the first person walks in. It’s a lot of work keeping a kitchen running in such a fast-paced part of Bangalore. We just focus on the daily tasks, making sure the ingredients are fresh and the tables are wiped down well.
