Hot Breads Caf

Hot Breads Caf is tucked away at No. 12 in Geneva House on Connaught Road. The 560052 area is a fairly central part of town. We have been operating out of this building for a while now. It is a quiet spot compared to some of the main roads, but we still get a steady stream of people. Inside, it smells like bread and coffee most of the time. We wake up early to get the ovens started. It’s a lot of work handling the dough and making sure the temperatures are right. We have some tables where people can sit and read or just have a quiet moment. The furniture is a bit older, and the floor has some scuff marks, but it feels like home to us. Connaught Road has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of it. We see office workers in the morning and people looking for a snack in the afternoon. Our staff is just a handful of local people who know how to bake. We don't use any fancy machines; it's mostly just hands-on work. Sometimes the deliveries are late, or we run out of a certain type of bread, but we do our best. It's just a simple cafe in an old building where we try to keep things steady and the ovens hot. We don't have a big sign outside, just the one on the door. It’s a peaceful little place where you can escape the city noise for a bit.
