Hossanna New Mysore Furniture

We are over on 7th Main in JP Nagar. Our place is full of wood and sawdust most of the time. We work on furniture, mostly stuff that people need for their homes like cupboards or tables. It is a hands-on job. You will usually find us in the back with a saw or some sandpaper. The shop smells like polish and fresh cut timber, which is actually quite nice. We have been at this address for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow around us. We do not have a polished display area like the big malls. It is more of a workshop where you can see things being put together. Sometimes a piece takes longer than we thought because the wood has a knot in it or something. We just deal with it. People from around the area stop by to ask about repairs or getting something custom made. We keep our tools sharp and our workbench messy. It is a small team here. We like working with our hands. It is honest work and keeps us busy from morning till evening. JP Nagar is a nice place to be based. We just do our best with every chair or frame that comes through the door. Sometimes the varnish takes a long time to dry when it is humid outside. We just have to be patient and wait for it to set right. It is a slow process but we do not like to rush things.
