We've been at Plot No. 22 in the Bda Complex for a good while now. It’s in the 2nd stage of Nagar Bhavi, which is a part of town that has really changed since we first moved in. Back then, there weren't nearly as many shops around. Now, it's always busy and finding a parking spot near our place can be a real headache some mornings. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's just a functional space where we get our daily tasks done. We don't have fancy furniture or a big sign out front. Most people who come to see us are locals or folks who have been doing business with us for years. We handle things as they come. Some days the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it's quiet enough to actually get through the paperwork that piles up on the desks. We're a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to sorting out the accounts. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There are stacks of files in the corner and the tea kettle is usually running. We just focus on the work that needs doing today. Nagar Bhavi is a nice place to work, even with the noise from the complex. We've stayed here because it feels like home. We don't have a big strategy, we just show up and do the job the way we always have. It’s a simple way to run things and it suits us.
