Homely Paying Guest

We run Homely Paying Guest at 688 Basaveshwara Nagar. It's on 1 Main, D Cross, not too far from the Axis Bank. We started this because we had the space and thought it would be good to have people around. It isn't a hotel or anything like that. It is just a place for people to stay while they are working or studying in the city. We try to keep it clean and quiet, but it’s a lived-in house, so it feels real. We don't have any big brochures or fancy websites. People usually find us by walking past or hearing about it from a friend. Being near Axis Bank is a big help for the folks staying here. Basaveshwara Nagar is a nice residential area, so it’s not too loud at night. We’ve got a few rooms and a common area where people can sit. It’s a simple arrangement. We handle the cooking and the cleaning ourselves mostly. It’s a lot of work keeping a place like this going every day, but we've gotten used to the routine. We like meeting different people from all over. It’s not a big business operation, just us making sure everyone has a bed and a meal. We’re just regular people running a simple PG.
