You can find us on the first floor at No. 776/3, right by Hoskerahalli Cross. We are on that busy 80 Feet Road, very close to K S Hospital in Banashankari 3rd Stage. Being on the first floor means you have to walk up the stairs, but the smell of the kitchen usually lets you know you are in the right place. Home Delicacies is exactly what it sounds like. We spend our mornings chopping vegetables and getting the spices ready for whatever is on the menu that day. It isn't a massive industrial kitchen; it feels more like a larger version of a home kitchen. We have big pots and pans everywhere and the stove is almost always going. The area around K S Hospital is always crowded, so we see a lot of people passing by all the time. We started this because we liked cooking for our own families and it just grew from there. There are no fancy uniforms here, just us in our aprons trying to make sure the food tastes right. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected because it is hard to predict the crowd. Banashankari is a lively place to work, and being near the hospital means we see people from all over. We just focus on making the kind of food we would want to eat ourselves at home. There are no complicated recipes, just regular cooking that people seem to enjoy.
