We are located at Shantarani Nilayam, which is house number 25. It’s on 2nd Main, 7th Cross in Vignan Nagar. It’s more of a residential-feeling area than the center of Bangalore, which we actually prefer. Hireatease Consulting is a small operation. We work out of this building and keep things pretty quiet. Most people just walk right past us if they aren't looking for the address. We don't have a big sign with lights. Inside, it is just a normal office setup with some chairs and computers. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and our afternoons in meetings. It is a very straightforward way of working. The neighborhood has a lot of trees, which is nice when we step out for a break. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just a few of us trying to make sense of the day. We’ve been here in Vignan Nagar for a while and we like the pace. It is not as frantic as the main roads. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks during our calls, but that’s just part of being in a real building in a real street. We do our work, we talk to our clients, and we go home. There is nothing fancy about it. We just try to stay honest and keep the work moving along.
