Hind Metal House

Our place is located in Nagarathpet, which is one of those old, narrow parts of the city where everything is always moving. We are on the second floor of the Nandi Complex at 183. It is right near the Rajatha Mahal Hotel, so if you can find that, you can find us. Being on the second floor means we have to carry everything up and down the stairs, which keeps us pretty fit. We have all kinds of metal items packed into the rooms here. It’s a bit of a maze with stacks of brass, steel, and other stuff piled up. Nagarathpet is a loud place, with bells ringing and people shouting throughout the day. Our space isn't very big, so we have to stay organized, or we’d never find anything. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the complex change around us. People who know the area well come up the stairs to see what we have in stock. We don’t really do any fancy marketing; most of our visitors are regulars or people who were told to come here by a friend. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and counting items. Sometimes it gets quite hot in the afternoon, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. It’s a solid, honest business in a very traditional part of town, and we just keep our heads down and do the work.
